An 8-week Group Immersion starting in September 2024.

This Masterclass will run over 8 weeks and include live experience, training, and up-leveling.

End Date: November 3rd.

This masterclass will address the core teachings, wisdom, and practices that I use in my 1:1 coaching plus additional information, all designed to support healing, transformation, personal empowerment, Soul-aligned living, and the awakening to our Unlimited Potential.

Program Details

This program will begin on the weekend of September 8th and will include weekly sessions, completing on the weekend of October 27th.

Each session will run 90 mins, with approximately 60-75 minutes of content sharing and then time for Q & A.

Replays will be available for all sessions for anyone who can’t join live. This will be offered live via Zoom, (with repay’s available) plus additional downloadable PDFs to support the embodiment of the techniques and practices shared and additional support between the live sessions.

There will be 8 modules. Focus areas will include, understanding the Nervous System and techniques to support daily regulation and empowerment, and why this is essential, understanding the difference between survival and thriving states, mental health and how we can change our brain and patterning through neuroplasticity, emotional awareness and the role emotions play in empowered living. This will also include subconsciousness repatterning practices, Heart-Soul-connecting practices, understanding the power of the Present Moment and connecting to the I AM Presence that lives within us, and more.

Modules will be focused on:

~ Physical Body (Wellness, the Nervous System, and Somatic Practices)

~ Mental Body (the Mind and Mental Health)

~ Emotional Body (the Emotions and Emotional Health)

~ The I AM Presence (Spiritual Body and the Unlimited Self)

~ Self-Concept ~ which is a series of beliefs, both conscious and subconscious that make up our identity, including how we relate to the world and what we experience in life. With assistance and practice this self-concept can be observed and repatterned, to support greater wellness, joy, thriving, and quality of life.

~ Subconscious Repatterning Techniques and Practices

~ Love-based, Soul-Aligned Living.

~ Learning to listen to our Intuition, understanding our needs, creating Healthy Boundaries, and knowing the High-Quality YES and NO

~ Connecting with the Quantum (Unified) field for healing, manifestation, and connecting with our Unlimited Self.

This is an active learning and empowerment experience

The Power of the Group Container

When we come together with the intention and purpose of growth and expansion there is a lot of magic that can occur. As one person heals and transforms, this energy is then available to those in the group to also heal and transform in their own ways. Working within a group, sharing experiences and active learning can be a tremendous catalysts for exponential growth and change AND it can be so much fun!

This Masterclass will be LEVEL 1 in a 3-part series

Level 2 will be offered in March 2025 to those who complete Level 1.
