A simple exercise to do with the daily mantra 💫

Here are two simple practices to do with today's mantra.

You can do this in two ways, one using your breath, and the second using a pen and paper.

⭐️ Mantra and Breath ~ A Simple Exercise

  1. Create a space where you won’t be interrupted for a few moments.

  2. Become aware of our breath, and the movement of breath flowing in and out of your body. Allow your breath to assist you to become present into this moment. Relax your thoughts and focus on your breathing and becoming as present as you can.

  3. Breathe in a deep conscious breath, and as you breathe in repeat today’s mantra.

  4. Breathe out a deep conscious breath, and as you breathe out repeat today’s mantra.

  5. Feel the energy of this mantra flowing into your body on the in breath and surrounding you on the out breath.

  6. Do this 3 times and then relax and see how you feel.

  7. Then move into your day feeling this reality now manifest in your life.

⭐️ Mantra, Breath, Pen and Paper ~ A Simple Exercise

1. Grab a pen/pencil/marker and piece of paper (we’re going old school!)

2. Take a conscious centering breath, become present to this moment.

3. Write the mantra.

4. Say the mantra silently or out loud.

5. Take a conscious breath and imagine/feel this reality now in your life.

6. Do this 3 times. Go through steps 2-5, 3 times (If you can manage more, then try doing this 8 times).

7. Complete with a conscious centering breath.

8. Put a smile on your face and imagine every cell of your body (and being) vibrating in this new reality. Give gratitude that this reality is now being manifest in your life.

Move into your day trusting all is aligning in your favor to assist the creation of this reality.
