PRICING & GETTING STARTED

New clients start with an initial complimentary consultation, where we discuss your intentions for coaching, my coaching services, and how these can assist you. We will also review the pricing options, number of sessions suggested and timing of sessions.

After the consultation, new clients usually start with a 90-minute session and then move forward with individual sessions either weekly or bi-weekly. Some clients will choose to do a multiple-session program, which includes additional support. This is all discussed during the consultation call.

As everyone’s financial situation differs, I offer a sliding scale with 3 pricing options.



Individual Sessions

Individual Sessions (pay by session)

These are based on a 60-minute session:

Opt 1: $150 p/hr (Normal Rate)

In addition to the session this includes:

  • An audio message after each session outlining practices or important topics addressed during the session.

  • An audio recording of each session that is downloadable.

Opt 2: $125 p/hr (Discounted)

In addition to the session this includes:

  • An audio message after each session outlining practices or important topics addressed during the session.

Opt 3: $100 p/hr (Discounted)

Notes: Clients usually start with a 75-minute session. Some clients will do 60-minute, 75-minute or 90-minute sessions at the above rates. For some clients, we will plan for a 60-minute session, while allowing extra time (up to 90 mins) in case the session needs to run longer to support their healing and repatterning process. This is all discussed during the initial consultation and customized to the client and their intentions for working together.

Payment occurs after the session. I email the client a payment link after each session.

All prices are USD. I accept payments via Credit & Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp (and Zelle for US-based clients).


PACKAGES & PROGRAMS

I currently offer a 6-week program to support clients (some clients will choose to do this over 10 weeks).

Below is an outline of what’s included in the program, this varies slightly depending on the client and their needs. I discuss this in more depth in the initial consultation, including pricing options.

The Program includes:

  • Free Initial Consultation

  • 1 x 90 min session (session 1)

  • 3 x 75-minute sessions (sessions 2,3 and 4)

  • 1 x 75-minute review session (session 5)

Sessions are designed to be done weekly (bi-weekly is also possible). There is a 1 week pause between sessions 4 and 5 for integration and reflection.

Additional items are often added to support the client’s transformation:

These include:

  • An audio message after each session outlining practices covered during the session.

  • Check-ins between sessions via text or voice message, to support the transformation process.

  • A PDF document outlining the practices and techniques shared and used during the sessions.

  • An audio recording of each session for the client to download and keep.

Notes:

This program is designed to be done over 6 weeks. We do one session a week over 4 weeks, then a pause and integration week in the 5th week and then in the 6 week we do the review session. (Some clients will choose to do this over 10 weeks with bi-weekly sessions).

During the review session in week 6 we discuss progress, insights, how you are feeling, shifts made, areas still to be worked on and next steps. At this time you get to decide if you would like to move forward with additional sessions to support your healing, transformation and growth, pause for a period or complete.

Some clients complete after 6-weeks and some continue working with me. Those who continue receive a customized package for moving forward based on what will serve them in the highest.

New patterns can require time and repetition. It has been said for a pattern to change you need to engage in new habits for a minimum of 21 days. There is new science that shows to make more significant changes to our thoughts and habits, this occurs over a longer period of time. Some of the latest research says that embodying new thoughts, habits, and patterns requires 63 days. (This said, I find the time required to make lasting changes is very much dependent on the individual.)

The brain does well with consistent repetition, especially when we are changing deeper thought patterns. Emotional healing usually unfolds in layers and is often done in stages. Repatterning our nervous system, which is a big part of making lasting change, also requires repetition and developing a new “nervous system set-point”. Each of these elements helps us expand beyond the reality we have become used to and create a new way of living and being.

I work with my clients to create a “growth - pathway” to their desired results. This includes both internal changes (mind, emotional, nervous system) and inspired action steps, including identifying what new skills or resources the client needs to achieve their desired outcomes.
