I understand that embarking on something new, knowing it will invite you to change and grow can sometimes feel scary. Most of the time we think of change and the unknown as something to avoid, rather than the path to wonderful possibilities and new ways of experiencing life. I also know how beneficial it can be to receive support in our transformation process.

On the initial consultation, we discuss what your intentions are for coaching, and how my services can support you in making the changes you desire. We review session packages and pricing and what will most support your healing, transformation, and expansion.
