My Personal 1:1 sessions are designed to help the person address areas of healing, challenge or feeling stuck and make inner mental, emotional, nervous system and energetic changes to assist them to move into greater joy, peace, freedom and inspiration for life. These sessions can also focus on working with areas of inspiration, passion and creating a new and desired reality, personally or professionally.

My Breath and Meditation sessions are focused on a specific area the client wants to work on this could be something they want to create in their life or something they feel challenged by. I create a personalized breath and meditation experience to assist them to address this area on a Body/Mind/Emotional/Energetic level and make changes internally that assist to either shift the challenge area, or magnetizing a new reality they are desiring and open themselves to new perspectives and possibilities.
