The shift from Fear to Love

Learning how to live from Love

I believe we are at a pivotal time in the human story, both collectively and also for many people personally.

There seems to be an inner impulse for many of us to evolve and expand beyond the realities we have become used to and grow into something greater.

For many, situations and life experiences are catalyzing personal growth and the desire to live with greater awareness, empowerment, and soul guidance.

I believe one of the important shifts occurring at this time, is the shift from fear to love and learning how to live from love on a daily basis.

This is a shift from fearful, reactive, contractive-based living, to loving, responsive, expansive-based living.

When we are in fear or reaction we can limit the flow of Universal “Source” energy that moves within us and through us into our lives. This is the energy that helps us create, heal and manifest.

When we are in a love-based state, we are more open to the flow of this Universal Energy. This energy can then be directed to support greater well-being, love, joy, abundance, and thriving.

To make this shift includes working with the different aspects that make up who we are, including our Mental Health, Emotional Health, Physical Health, and Spiritual Health.

This also includes understanding the role the nervous system plays in wellness and conscious living and learning how to monitor and regulate the nervous system to process stress, emotions and repattern our system to new ways that support our Highest Good.

Fear, when not acknowledged and processed, can turn into unconscious habitual patterns.

Over time, if fear continues to sit in the system undealt with, then our thoughts, emotions, and nervous system can start to reflect this fearful state.

This can show up in simple ways, for example, obsessive hand washing, a need to control our external environment or obsessive thinking, and it can also show up in more obvious ways like anxiety.

When fear arises it can be addressed, it can be acknowledged, felt, and then repatterned. We are not a victim to fear, we can use it as a messenger and an opportunity to feel, heal and empower ourselves.

This work is the foundation of my Living Wisdom Coaching practice.

My coaching focuses on our ‘inner environment’ and assisting clients to make significant shifts within themselves that then ripple out to make significant shifts in their lives.

With many things occurring in the world, there are a lot of opportunities to potentially get triggered and go into a fearful, reactive state.

This time is requiring us to expand our skill set and learn how to recognize when fear is present and repattern. To learn how to shift from a fearful, reactive, defensive state and move into a love-based, responsive, intuitive state.

As we become familiar with our Nervous System it becomes more obvious when we are heart-connected, peaceful and balanced or if we are in fear, stress or a fight-flight-fawn-freeze response.

Nervous System awareness and regulation techniques are tools we can use on a daily basis to help us move out of reaction and into a love-based, heart-centered empowered state.

From this space, we can more effectively create and find solutions and be guided to the answers we are desiring.

Now is the time for many of us to shift from fear into love, from scarcity and survival into understanding our true abundance, and how to live a loving, thriving life that is in harmony and balance.
